User Access Controls

Current Users


Current users of this account are shown here. By clicking Edit you can change their access level or remove them entirely. Your own access level cannot be modified here but other admins of the account could modify it.


To get to User Access Controls from the top left navigation please


  • Click Account
  • Click User Admin¬†




To change access level please

  • Click Edit under Controls
  • Click Access Level
  • Click desired access level from the drop down menu (Administrator Access, Standard Access or Reporting Access)



    • Reporting Access Privileges
    • View dashboards/receive reports only
    • Standard Access Privileges¬†

      View all dashboards/receive reports

      Modify report selection/schedule

      Add/remove/modify Seo keywords

      Add/remove/modify competitors

      Run SEO health check

      Administrator Privileges 

      View all dashboards/receive reports

      Modify report selection/schedule

      Add/remove/modify Seo keywords

      Add/remove/modify competitors

      Run SEO health check

      Add/delete users

      Change billing/payment details













To add more users please press Click Here To Add New Users



To restore a previously removed user please select their email address and set their access level from the drop down menus below.
